Make a Leprechaun Trap!
This is still one of the favorite crafts in our after school workshops. The kids love making these as much as playing with them. These are easy enough to make at home.
This year, we changed things up and make our traps into a wooden box that keeps all the pieces together and has a fun rainbow design on top.
The wooden boxes can be any size and can be found at most craft supply stores. I purchased these at AC Moore. The popsicle sticks are sold natural or painted. The leprechaun is made with wooden parts, also found at most craft stores. With a little paint and felt for the hat and belt, the little guy makes this craft into a toy.
Fill the box with some foam shamrock stickers, green confetti and gold coins and the trap is ready. Enjoy!
